The Raw china clay is subject to a refining process including spiral classification, hydro-cycloning, deflocculation, bleaching and finally drying. Our processing ensures consistent composition, control of top-cut and average particle size and freedom from free silica.
LUSTREGLOSS is an ultra fine grade kaolin, specially processed in ultra-fine classifiers, and pre-dispersed to meet special requirements of Paint industry. The product is tested at various stages to very strict tolerances under standard test procedures.
The fine and narrow particle size distribution of lustregloss effectively spaces the Titanium dioxide particle and helps to reduce its level in paint formulation without affecting the optical properties and gloss.
APPLICATION
As a high performance extender in High sheen Water base Paint formulations.
As special extender in solvent-based glossy paints, it improves optical properties and effectively replaces Titanium Dioxide and other color pigments.
Partially replaces (5 to 10 %) Titanium dioxide and other colored pigments in glossy enamel paint formulations.
